This is Jack's fitness blog to hold himself somewhat accountable to keeping in shape:
When moving south to Christchurch in 2018, I decided to start tracking my running and swimming. It keeps me pushing hard and you get some sense of achievement when seeing your pace get quicker / kms grow. I've got big plans to nail some long distance events and am slowly on the pathway towards them.
The great lockdown of 2020 has given me chance to put some bits together and reflect on the journey so far :p
